- Motion control: The equipment uses ball-screw modules with servo motors and a marble platform, guaranteeing stability and precision.
- Quality traceability: Optional glue-line AOI inspection and 3D glue width/height measurement; dispensing data is automatically recorded and bound to product serial numbers for full-process traceability.

- Display Bezel Sealing Dispensing: Sealing between screen, mid-frame and bracket — filling gaps for waterproof, dustproof and light-leak protection, preventing backlight leakage and dust-induced black screens. Suited to ultra-narrow bezel precision gluing.
- Screen LOCA/OCA Optical Bonding: Full optical bonding dispensing for LCD panels and touchscreens; uniform ultra-thin adhesive layers ensure transmittance and touch sensitivity with no bubbles or watermarks.
- Display Bracket Bonding Dispensing: Bonding of metal and plastic display brackets with well-filled, firm adhesive that resists drops and deformation, improving structural stability.
